Sailor Undecided Between Faking Death and Leaving Rack for Quarters

Oh it would be so easy. You have the mental health history to do it. Chaps has heard all the crazy things you’ve been saying to him. All you’d have to do is leave a few dumbbells on the flight deck with a cryptic video on your phone and a note to your mom. The base dive team doesn’t have the resources to look for your body either, so the command would have to take it at face value.

“Really, I look like very other out of shape white twenty-something sailor on base. No one would know it was me sneaking out. I could open a pub in Osaka and import Sam Adams for the rest of my life,” the Sailor said.

At press time, the command didn’t actually care you were missing or dead because on paper they referred you to base mental health and covered their ass. They barely mentioned you on the Friday the 1MC.
