It was ENS Smull Dick’s OCS graduation and now that his family saw him in uniform for the first time, they were… disappointed.

“You now, we are really proud to see him commission, but why does he have no ribbons?” ENS Dick’s mom said. “Why is his acne worse?” ENS Dick’s little sister added.
